With 2factor authentication (suggest using it on email too) its you could say imnpossible for anyone to use your accounts without having the device with the authenticator on it
I use my mpobile phone and google authenticator for most situations
As if someone tries to login to your account, they need to check a code that changes every 30 seconds and is only visible on your other device, usually mobile phone
This way even if they knew your current password, after you change it they cannot access it without having your 2fa device

once you change your passwords and email, you can factory reset your pc to be sure you dont have a keylogger

Yeah run a security scan with your virus protection system and check from task manager (alt ctrl del) that theres nothing suspicious being opened during startup

I dont think you can change that but log in on your riot account through the app or website here: https://account.riotgames.com/#riot-account
And there is "account security" there you can enable the 2factor authentication and also have the option to "log out everywhere" this will sign even the possible "hackers" and now that they are signed out and you are the only holder of your mobile device with the authenticator in it
Your account is and will be safe
