I get this van 68 error every now and then

I have stable internet and a good pc, but everynow and then i get kicked out and it says "van 68 error". when i get kicked out from a game and everytime i rejoin the game it automatically kicks me out again. After a few hours the error just goes away on its own.

Does anybody know how to fix this?
