My account was hacked, i got it back and its banned. is there any way i can get unbanned?
i took a long break from valorant and when i come back to it i found out my account was hacked. i went to the riot automatic recovery thing and got my account back. i tried to play and it said it was permanently suspended (im assuming the person who hacked my account cheated on it). i have all the proof that the account is mine, is there anyone else that has been in my situation and unbanned? thanks.

and they didnt do anything about it
i even sent proof that it was hacked and that i own it
ive seen alot of other people get unbanned too, i asked the support agent to check the ips of where it was logged in and he just ignored it
idk how they "investigated" it because if they did they wouldve seen that the email was changed, password was changed, and was logged in from a new ip. i even used their automated recovery tool and i guess that isnt enough proof that it was hacked?
i js wanna talk to a riot member in dms because i have too many questions for a support ticket lmao

If you are a banned and they do not unban you; we can't do anything
so i just dont understand why they wont unban it

Session tokens basically confirm that you say who you are so you don't need to re enter your password
But they're very easily destroyed
If suspicious things are happening and riot is normally good at breaking the tokens
They probably just got your username and password
