Updating credit card

Hi, I'm having trouble updating my credit card information. I've tried couple of cards already, and I'm always getting 'Your credit card was declined'. Is there a way to somehow reset the process, so that I can enter a new credit card? Thanks!

I am not able to update credit cards on the platform. Also the cards are getting declined in India
