valorant ping spikes
every 5 or so seconds in val i get ping spikes 100-400~ms when playing on a wired connection, no issues on any other games and VPNing to reroute how my packets get sent to the server do nothing to help it, drivers fully up to date, have also tried switching DNS servers between cloudflare, openDNS, google and my ISPs default DNS servers, IPv6 is disabled, DNS flushed and renewed, teredo turned off, winsock reset, network adapters reset, fresh install of valorant done, fresh install of windows done, clean booted windows, speedtest results + BQM attached, was playing valorant around 9pm
