I have not used the account for almost an year and i event reset my password and still its the samee whyyyyyyyyyyy

If your account is old then you may need to update it to a riot account, it could also just be that you entered the wrong things or chose the wrong region there
cant update also as soon as i click update it will redirect me to login page and i have entered the correct id and pass
Just to confirm, suchett is your signin and not the normal riot name right?

Also that second login page it redirects to works differently than the first one as it allows you to use your old sign-in while the new one doesn’t

Well you can’t delete the account without signing in first, not sure why you’d want to, being unable to create a new account is a separate issue that I would preferably not get into tbh
If you’ve confirmed it’s the right sign in username using the old emails from riot and you are unable to upgrade to a riot account using the automatic tool then you need to contact riot support to have it handled
