mod not existing in my workshop
the mod isnt in my mod list but in steam it says that it is there, when i try to download it ingame it says "item is/was already installed: remnants
i did what it asked me to do to fix but none of them are working

i did those steps yet i cant download it
Restarting the computer sometimes fixes this. Basically steam is confused

you can subscribe here before launching the game, might help

oh ive done that 2 times and i also tried subscribing from steam before getting in tml
still the issue isnt gone sadyl
Huh. Does the C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\workshop\content\105600\2861542679 folder even exist?
If it does, try deleting it and then doing verify game integrity on tModLoader in Steam, see if the files show back up
