JIt is definitely hitscan. The amount of times Iβve seen bullets and arrows connect when they 100% missed is insane

Khowdy everyone i have a problem im not really seeing anywhere else but i got the pistol and i was looking for the rail attachment and i saw you could find it on the beach near where you get it but it wasnt there than i saw the silencer spawn had the pistol rail and neither are there :/ when i got there both of those chests were open and empty idk whats going on plus veriginas leather jacket wasnt there either so are those items not spawning or something?
