Hello. I have a problem with downloading the private video files. I get the download link, replace the video id with authorization token and I receive 404 error. Download is enabled in dashboard. I'm setting the downloadabledownloadable flag to true during the token generation, without it I'm getting 403 error. Do you know if I'm missing anything here?

Live streaming is failing to render a video.

I have an input from the API
I used the stream key and I am streaming on OBS successfully (also tested with Streamlabs), not dropping any frames.
API tells me video is live, I have the video ID and the HLS playback URL (m3u8 file) for my video player (videoJS)
Whether in my player OR on the CloudFlare dashboard, at both places, the video doesn’t render, the thumbnail doesn’t render (Cloudflare worker error), and everything errors out. I have tested going live 10+ times, and cloudflare shows there are 10+ videos, but no thumbnail or playback exists, just blank gray squares.

Seems like everything is working BUT the video. It shows the length of every video, but when I go to playback on the save, there is nothing there. It’s just nothing. It shows a length, but the video doesn’t exist!! If I try the HLS URL, I get a 500 internal server error. In chrome, I get a 404 saying the file doesn't exist. Thumbnail link also breaks with a worker error.

I have tried a bunch of different inputs, ALL of them are broken. I have the 2K minutes package.

Any ideas??

This is what I'm seeing. Just gray boxes for videos, thumbnail URL's fail with worker errors, no video is actually being rendered anywhere.

BTW, I am not using the option of requiring signed requests to watch the video (and here you can see it is live, but even CF can't play the video)

Guys, a question... The metrics that Cloudflare gives are only how many minutes of the video have been watched so far? Because I wanted to get up to how many minutes my lead "X" watched the video, would it be possible or would I have to do it another way?

Hi folks, I have a webrtc application that has traffic proxied through cloudflare. Do i need to use the stream API to support our use case? We don't need to use any of the cloudflare APIs, but right now i'm noticing an error of "no remote stream" from our servers

Hi All. tried out the WebRTC stream this morning. It worked OK. Quality was good and latency was excellent. However, at one point it stopped working. It played audio for 1 second and then disconnected. I fixed it by creating a new stream. Does anyone know what might have caused this? Does anyone have techniques for diagnosing issues like this?

While in theory it probably could, it isn't designed for it. Calls seems much better suited to that use case https://developers.cloudflare.com/calls/

I was able to create live-input through api but now I don't know how to stream that data using WHIP. I have webRTC url but can anyone help me how to start streaming using WHIP?

Hey, for videos with signed policies, is there any way to create tokens for viewing thumbnails alone? Big issue for us as anyone can just copy paste the token and access the video directly
