What are the limitations of Railway replicas? Why would I use cloudflare instead?

my bad, i mean like: in terms of horizontal scaling, replicas seem to have that use case

i don't know much about them but i was going to use cloudflare and manual set up services yeah so i would have used cloudflare to direct traffic into my servers my question was what is the advantage of that vs replicas sorry if ignorant
