I have a Virpil Blackhawk Grip attached to my DIY Collective and connected to the Rhino USB Board. All buttons are recognized, but when i press any of the Hat buttons (up/down,left/right), the corresponding center press button also lights up. I currently have it set to Generic grip, but tried all the other options and there is no change in behaviour. I’ve also tried both the options Hat switch as button, and 4-way Hat.
Any ideas to get this working correctly?

Virpil hats need additional decoding, ~~do any of the existing Virpil grip profiles work for the blackhawk grip?~~
Can you DM me the "Generic grip (debug)" output in the Debug tab and I'll also need the mapping for the hats, table like this would be very useful. I'll add a new profile to the firmware

Btw: the #2 Button also acts as the Hat buttons. When pressing Up. both Up (13) and Press (12) are lighted.

I turned off my system and swapped with the F04 and it gave all the expected readings on the left panel. Also twisted the axis and showed movement.

Hi, a few weeks back, I set up VP Force config with some differing profiles for various modules. I had this working nicely, so when I flew the F14,. it loaded my F14 profile, the F5 , the F5 profile etc. However, it now appears to have stopped working.....Telem FFB does not register the correct module on the GUI anymore for example, I just flew in the Hornet and Telem FFB b was saying it was an F14.....it appears stuck on F14....any ideas what might be going on and how I might be able to unfuck it? Thanks! I have checked and in the system/edit sim section, each jet has the correct vpconf file selected at the bottom.....

can you create a support bundle (help menu) and post that here, or post your userconfig xml file? Sounds like maybe you have an overzealous match string set up

Also a screenshot of TelemFFB when you are in a aircraft like the F18, but TelemFFB is loading the config for the F14

Hmm. That is something I’ve never seen. It’s not TelemFFB mistaking the aircraft for the F14 or a bad match string… DCS is telling us it’s the F14. The N:N: field in the telemetry is exactly what we are getting from DCS.

The TelemFFB export script doesn’t modify what we read from the sim before sending to TelemFFB so that data is coming from DCS.

Are you one of the super secret squirrel beta testers testing an unreleased version of DCS?

I suppose it’s possible some mod or another is messing with DCS badly enough to cause this.

You can try deleting the TelemFFB export script from DCS and then let TelemFFB reinstall it, but i doubt that will be it.

Motor X is offline, Motor Y is Ok, USB is connected. Firmware is 1.0.16. The motor X looks powered and blink green. It looks like address or RS-485 is wrong or something like that.
How to fix it?.

Just sharing unsolicited advise, The F03 motor is more than enough for rudder purposes. I'd go as far as to say the F04 is a bit overkill as just having tried both myself. With the F03, you wont even need more than 50% spring force generally speaking, how much more for the F04.

Hi, I'm bulding joistick - not ruder so I need two X and Y. I've tried to disable offline motor. After that configurator can read data from online motor.
Additionally I've checked:

motor data cable is ok (both pairs)
mainboard is ok (working motor is identifiable on any data port)
Motor X is offline in any combination but it is blinking the same as other motor when not connected (motherboard is always quiet)
What to do?
Is motor Id could be updated somehow?

wonder, anybody has tried using the rhino for car racing? Unsure how to calibrate it, the in game wheel moves left / right very fast even when I do nothing, and it is barely playable so wonder if this is doable. Or I need to add a deadzone?
