0 page views but I'm getting an email about 30K?

I received this email today but apon logging into my cloudflare account to review analytics I was shown 0 visits

Is this email address the real cloudflare?

That is an email address we use but email addresses can in some cases be spoofed (though I doubt this is the case here)

Is the email referring to a specific site or across the whole account? There are some services such as Pages and Workers which accept requests but are not shown as websites in the dashboard
