i cant start vl

when i click play in riot it just open vl in task menager on screan there is nothing and in task menager vl is using 100%cpu buth nothing on screan drivers are new i reinstaled riot and vl to check if it will fix isue buth no it did not fix it plea help i cant play walorant for 3 days
