closed ticket for region change
i sent a ticket to riot through their support website so i can change regions as i am back in my country as of tuesday and they practically just said they couldn’t do anything. no tests or questions like i had to do last time. just said nope and closed my ticket.
i just wanna know my options as i can’t play the game at 180ms in tokyo

You can only change once every 6 months

i contacted them and they said i could do it but they just keep closing tickets

Have you actually spent more than 3 months since trying to change again? What does the eligibility website here say:
