its a very simple app, you just login in both devices, then click network devices > my devices > then select the device you want the IP address for, it will auto lock the IP to the devices as long as you dont delete the app. then just put the IP:port in the URL. Sorry for all the masking 
. its way safer than using Gradio live, as this IP cant be accessed unless you are logged in on both devices @Dr. Furkan Gözükara i think this can help other users as well.
