Server RCON Connection Errors

I am attempting to connect my server to BM and everytime I search for the server whether it be by name or IP/Port it does not work. I can gaurentee I am pulling the correct information from the panel any recommendations?

I use skytale hosting however it was a firewall issue with the halter ended up getting it fixed
