i got sucked in writing a CLI tool to add non-steam games, since steamtinkerlaunch doesn't work too well, and i was complaining about not being able to do anything about it, because its like 4000 lines of bash, so i rewrote it in python, starting at like 8pm on Thursday and before i knew it was 5am on Friday

got fedora media writer and the iso on another computer, did the "test this media" thing and it got through the checksum this time! things are looking up
