If you send @Modmail a message, there's a category for appeals. They'll invite you to a server where you can start the appeal process.

If you do get back in, make sure to allow direct messages from server participants. When your banned, a bot should have DM'ed you a link to the appeals server. But if you blocked the msgs, gg.
