Tabbing out too much makes my pc restart

Usually, when I tab out of Valorant, around 10+ times, my game starts to have these big stutters. After experiencing the stutters, my mic and audio don't work on Discord. Then, after two or more stutters, my PC just completely restarts. Is it my hardware that needs to be better? Can I optimize/fix this problem?
