Stuck in 2FA recovery procedure

Dear Cloudflare-team As we lost access to the 2FA device we were not able to login via 2FA anymore. Also the recovery codes seem not to work, therefore we wanted to start the account recovery procedure, however we need access to recognized devices, which we don't have anymore. To contact support we need to login to our account as well, which is not possible. I filled in some support forms as well, but I keep on getting the message an error occurred. It seems I am completely stuck, however accessing our account is getting urgent at the moment. Is there any way to get this fixed asap? Kind regards Willem Beké

Thanks for providing this link again, since I was not able to find it again. Yesterday, I was not able to submit this form. Now it worked, very strange. Ah okay, what a coincidence haha
