Not all chunks loading

I had this issue with forge (1.20.1) for a long while, but thought that it was just caused by optifine. I just tried it on fabric 1.20.2 and it's still like that.

Increase CPU load Or stay in those chunks for longer

It doesn't work. In a forge server I have, even from my base, in which I've stayed for a while, I can't see most DH chunks with many of them being mainly cut in the middle.
