Chat delay

Hi guys! Do anyone have idea why my ingame chat is so delayed? When i send a message to chat it sends after like 5 seconds. Its the same with team voice. Thanks for the help in advance :(

happened with me on my laptop, couldn’t find the issue i changed computers and never had that problem tho
