Hello I would like some help as my friends know how to disconnect 3 games in a row. There is a message that pops up saying that a tcheater has been detected and he gets banned for no reason (we think riot game believe he is cheating) please help us

well usually valorant doesnt ban out of the blue but it can happen in some rare casses
but what he needs to do is go to the valorant web and submit a ticket
We've done it before, how long does it take to get an answer?
i dont have the answer to that question
it could honestly take a day
after the new update there has been alot of problems rolling around
so the devs have been real busy already
