Same player being racist every match for weeks

Hey guys, how you doing? I've been playing with and against this player for about a month now and he messaged me on steam. I reported him for racism in game and also on steam, but I see no action taken towards his behavior. Whenever he's playing I open his profile and there's always 5+ types of reports. I would like to know if there's any other actions that I can take. Thanks.
