you need gptk (easiest way is through whisky) instead of crossover and then i think dxvk needs to be on

with dxvk the nametags dont show in game
either download crossover which is paid and create a new bottle named heroic and change bottle settings to d3dmetal on and msync on
or download whiskey and play
