What are good ways to convince a 1099 to go C2C...

What are good ways to convince a 1099 to go C2C? Are there benefits for the company when hiring C2C vs 1099?
Solution:
In my experience, if a company is already willing to 1099, going C2C isn't much aof a change for them. They tend to just pay your LLC even with a DBA as "Your Name", but it's the same to them. They would just likely require you have liability insurance.

There was a very recent thing..
New independent contractor rule: On January 10, 2024, the DOL published a final rule on the analysis classifying employees or independent contractors. This is an update to the previous rule from 2021 and goes into effect March 11, 2024.
Sometimes if a company is already allowing you a 1099, its next to zero additional effort to just pay your LLC. They also limit their liabilities too with accidental employment misclassification if they interact with your LLC rather than you as the 1099.
