no me sirven los comandos

Recientemente he invitado al bot a mi servidor de Discord con la intención de utilizarlo para diversas funciones, sin embargo, me he encontrado con dificultades significativas en su funcionamiento. A pesar de haber seguido los pasos de instalación correctamente, los comandos asociados al bot no parecen estar ejecutándose como se esperaba. El problema principal radica en los comandos del bot. Aunque los miembros del servidor intentan utilizarlos según las instrucciones proporcionadas, el bot no responde. Esto me genera confusión He intentado abordar el problema revisando los permisos del bot, asegurándome de utilizar el prefijo de comando correcto, y verificando la ortografía y la sintaxis de los comandos. Sin embargo, ninguna de estas medidas ha logrado resolver la situación. Aprecio enormemente su pronta atención a este asunto y estoy dispuesto a proporcionar cualquier información adicional que puedan necesitar para abordar este problema de manera efectiva. Quedo a la espera de su respuesta y agradecido de antemano por su ayuda.

no, apenas cambiar el nombre del rol con mismo nombre que el Bot verifica si hay una rol "NabBot", y cambia su nombre para NabBotRole (ejemplo)

tus usuarios probablemente estén tagging el rol en lugar del bot si cambia la nombre del rol, puede arreglar
