This server is owned and managed by the community so we can't help you with this. However you can report the glitch to riot via support.
make sure to include; screenshots/clips of the glitch, explanation on how it occurred and what you did to make it.

I'm sorry to hear that you don't like the map options in valorant however as mentioned this is a community owned server and we cant do anything about it
