ac valhalla from epic games

Hi everyone, this is my first discort post, so i am a bit unfamiliar with all this staff. My problem is opening ac valhalla wich I bought from epic games. I added also a screenshoot. Whenever I try to access my ubi account it gives the same error. I will be greatfull if anyone has an ıdea about solution.
