Nokair.com not resolving

How do I go about reporting that nokair.com isn’t resolving via 1.1.1.1? Dns checks show it’s resolving via other providers, and I have been going off 1.1.1.1 to use nokair.com. Thanks!

When I use dig +trace on my local machine to resolve the domain using its authoritative DNS, I get the following:

nokair.com.             172800  IN      NS      dns1.trueidc.co.th.
nokair.com.             172800  IN      NS      dns2.trueidc.co.th.
couldn't get address for 'dns1.trueidc.co.th': failure
couldn't get address for 'dns2.trueidc.co.th': failure

nokair.com.             172800  IN      NS      dns1.trueidc.co.th.
nokair.com.             172800  IN      NS      dns2.trueidc.co.th.
couldn't get address for 'dns1.trueidc.co.th': failure
couldn't get address for 'dns2.trueidc.co.th': failure

I would imagine 1.1.1.1 is running into a similar issue, where the assigned nameservers are not resolving themselves and thus its not possible to fully resolve the chain leading to the domain
