need help been banned for something that I didn’t do
Hi guys I was recently suspended permanently from Valorant I was using a app on my phone to check what was in my store that day and I got banned for it I have spent so much money on the game but I don’t know what to do I’ve opened a ticket but they didn’t really help anyone have suggestions

Guys, anyone reading this. I wanna know something, if you download cracked games, let's say gta 5 cracked version...will vanguard simply detect and false ban you too?
maybe YES cause they are considered as cheats for Firewall and other apps
Then this is really pain in the ass to enjoy other games too as not everybody can afford the original game
fr i am also not installing GTA for that reason
cause once it messed up my system
I just hope vanguard will improve on what to detect and what not to detect
Bc they issue hwid ban so is pain in the ass 🤣
it cant have excpetions like some files that are launcher based cant be have in exception as they can be used to use cheats

like i got banned for using cheats
i appealed and told that i had not apps like cheats they unbanned
