packet loss (never happened before) started happening recently like 4-5 days

my game packet loss total has randomly been going up out of nowhere, ive never dealt with packet loss and now i randomly do, never changed anything either. It shows my packet loss is going up but my ping doesnt really go up when it goes up so im confused. Not sure if theres other ppl worried abt this rn too (atleast more than usual). The weird thing is that the packet loss doesnt really go up (only a little) when im spectating someone, the second that i start moving around myself it goes crazy. i sent the files of logs and a video recording of whats happening (the ping will legit just keep going u
