account scam no reponse

hello i got scam my account 2 days ago i sent a ticket a riot for 2 days and still no response is this normal?

Hi, I’m sorry to hear that you got scammed and lost access to your account. Depending on how busy Riot is it can take up to a week to get a response back. However usually it takes around 1-4 days. I hope you get your account back Good luck :BearHeart: / lyra
