i had my account hacked and lost total acess to it, any way to get it back? support dont help.

2 years ago my account got hacked, i lost total acess to it, in this 2 years i send alot of messages to support and none really helped me, its just auto messages.

but i lost my account, i dont have any other account to login, also i take an account from a friend to send messages, i sended 2 times and still no answer, I gived all the infos i could and still nothing help isnt any other way to make it outside pubg?
