75k bitrate blockiness in high motion av1 amd
Why is 75k bitrate in av1 @ 4k60 not enough on amd in their own software and in obs on windows and linux,
why am I still getting blocking artifacts like this for flick motions when google recommends 40k bitrate and I can get better quality at the same bitrate doing 1080p upscaled to 4k with 36 sample lanczos in obs:
Seems kinda bogus, anyone have some input?
