Can a wireless mouse with a poll rate of 1000Hz affect WiFi performance?

I guess in theory it could cause interference over the 2.4GHz or 5.0GHz bands
but you'd need to have a lot of them or a very poorly setup system

use ethernet or don't buy badly made hardware

high polling rate shouldnt have any affect on wifi
try restarting router or using an ethernet connection if you can
