About recovering my hacked account which someone close to me did

I have few questions.
Firstly, do i need an old device in which i login my hacked pubg account to recover it?because i am gonna try recover from my new bought ipad.
Secondly, is it possible to recover my hacked account which got hacked about 5 months ago if i put all the essentials infos?

@Error i just want my answers. Even though I spent too much money out of my pocket recently. Would you lemme know if it’s recoverable or not? The only problem is that I don’t have my old device in which I played most of my pubg because my phone got damaged way out to be fixed and surprisingly just yesterday i get to know that someone hacked my pubg account just after my phone incident. I bought an ipad just few days ago after saving some money and it’s already been like 5 months(p.s maybe 4 months can’t remember quietly) since my account getting hacked so is it possible or not? Could you help me please. I have every details you need and I heard it asks for recent 6 months info so I don’t get much time for it and i want to know as soon as possible. I know it sounds like I made up a story but that’s the truth
