Accidental account bans
Even though I'm new to Pubg, I couldn't understand why I was banned. i was Ace in rank but i didn't play for a few days. My friend told me that I'm bronze. then I tried to log in pubg but they banned me. "You were punished for playing with cheating friends," they says. I only have 3-4 friends and none of them use Cheats. I demand that they correct my rank and remove the penalty even though it is not my fault. I asked my banned friend why he was banned. He told me that he was banned because he switched from wifi to data mobile. How can they ban him for this????
