Frustrating Account Bans for Safety Observations

What's wrong with your system? My account is continuously going into 'safety observations' - this is the 6th time! If I'm using cheats or violating terms, why can't your system detect it? This issue has persisted for the past week. I've written multiple emails, but received no response. Why the silence? I demand to know what's going on and why this problem isn't being solved. I also have my gameplay videos for proofs.

To keep the game fair, players suspected of cheating will be placed under a Safety Observation period for a more comprehensive security check.

After entering a Safety Observation period, you will face the following restrictions:

  1. You may only solo queue Classic Mode in third-person perspective.
  2. You will not earn anything from the matches (no achievements and won't be part of ranking calculations).
  3. You will also be unable to team up with other players, create your own rooms, join tournaments, spectate, etc.
Please follow the rules and maintain a fair gaming environment.

If you want to appeal for your account restriction, please tap on the File Claim option available on the notice you have received, or contact the in-game customer service for further assistance.
