hello i have 2 account and they both got hacked and i have all detalis about the account the names and the date of purache uc and old screenshots and i talke to support in the game but still got nothing feom them so please help

If it has been more than 14 business days and you have not received a response from them, please provide a video recording of your conversation with the customer service.
I get response but still got nothing no help even I send a lot of proofs and I can send more
But I need to talk with pubg support live so they can understand my problem
