RR 500 - Commissioning - Perimeter wobble above 80mm/s

Hi all, Losing my hair over this. Rat Rig 500 with carbon gantry and MGN9H. Hemera XS Extruder with Obxidian hardened nozzle printing CF-PETG and PETG. Battling a VFA-resonances and have currently: — Adjusted stepper voltage to manufacturer spec (helped a bit) — Checked all belt path meticulously incl. bearings and pulleys, runout, motor mounts — Tried all performance modes for steppers — Tightened hot end mount, linear rail screws — Checked for binding of rails and racking — Verified belt tension and ADXL-measurements The problem is a resonance which shows itself mostly in corners (using 5 sqv fyi) above 80 mm/s which is super slow. Above this there is something like a rough and bumpy vibration on turns. Currently I am investigating a very small play in the MGN9H carriage which due to losing a few balls had a rebuild with new balls. I am unsure if this could be the cause. However I have read that some carriage play is OK? Continuing this thread with developments and would really like your input. Thank you!!

Solved this - the carbon fiber hot end mount was strong enough to skew the MGN9H cart when over tightening the mounting screws. Thereby creating some play in its tolerances. The fix was to back off the fastener torque according to feel.
