dependency installation for update please for th elove of god help me

this is a repost of an earlier post (which had no responses) with more info btw whenever i click the update button, it loads for a varying amount of time (it does not pull up the progress percentage) and then stops. thats it. what i have tried so far is: restarting restarting router disabling cloudflare warp and then trying removed all val processes from the firewall and readded them ran it as administaror tried to update gpu and the other relevant driver (i forgot the name)(up to date) updated windows a few other things to note are: my internet is decently good so its probs not a problem from it it did not happen while valorant was open, it happened after i closed it yesterday i do not have any of the antivirus listed on the official riot problem page vanguard is running
