cloudflare blocking streamlabs from sending alerts to obs

Cloudflare i think has flagged my ip, no idea why though. this happens every few months but this has been a persistant thing for a week now.

If you're saying Streamlabs website/api is blocking you, only they could help you/adjust their rules to unblock you. CF just gives them the tools, they are the ones which decide the configuration/who gets blocked
