I want to get a new cpu and a gpu that can support 144hz monitor. Somebody please suggest me a budget cpu+gpu combo that will have minimum bottleneck.

but val is a cpu bound game
so upgrading the cpu will be ur best choice to run more frames

if u are only going to play val, sure u can get something very cheap, even below that budget
but good luck on future upgrades
