Getting intermittent 525 errors cause CSS not to load on deployed site
Site is hosted on Azure, have had reports the site is completely offline and intermittent 525 errors cause the CSS not to load. Is there any issues on going that might be affecting this? Based in UK

Late, but all of the incidients would be posted on: https://www.cloudflarestatus.com/
There was nothing UK or global that would be effecting that, at the time you posted this.
525 is SSL Handshake failed:https://community.cloudflare.com/t/community-tip-fixing-error-525-ssl-handshake-failed/44256
It's possible if you run a multi-node setup, or are behind another CDN like Azure Front Door, that some of their nodes were serving a bad ssl cert/some other issue with them.
