permanent ban
hello , recently i bought used graphics card and used motherboard
then i come to play and i got permanent ban to my main account i spend alot of money on this sh**t game i didnt use any hack or third party program how can i text support always bot replays to me what should i do

you buy a hardwafre ban
this mean the previus owner of the hardware get banned
and vanguard ban his serial numbers hardware for prevent his is playing the game
so now you have to wait 4 months before the ban ends
