You can see it in the attached image. It was added to allow the use of Fly daughterboards and is designed to make the O-ring a little easier to mount by adding a groove to hold the O-ring. The plates and PCBs used in the F1-8X (except for the F1-88) are all compatible, so the sound will not be significantly affected.
I am asking for F1-8x-v2 only, not OG. Could you help to have a look again?
My friends said that there are some differents about Alu T6 and T5.
But is there any other differents?
For the F1-8X V2 keyboard, we first started selling on July 30, 2023, and we are using 6063 T5 / 6063 T6 together.
For 6063 T5 / 6063 T6, the price difference is 0.3-0.5 USD per 1kg.
T5 material is better at the anode.
For the material of T6, the strength and deformation are better.
F1v2 2023: T6
F1v2 2024: T5
