Ceramic heater not feeding filament through

Filament is able to feed through until it hits the post of the ceramic heater, it was working fine before but not anymore, it just jams, and the bondtech extruder clicks even when using “load_filament” (temp rises to 220 but just keeps clicking bond extruder.

The ceramic heater rod seems to no longer be compatible with the 1.75mm diameter prusament PETG filament that was going through the system and printing before (although the prints were filled with bubbling from above the nozzle so assuming the system wasn’t tight before, tightening now have this problem although I can’t see how it’s related)
