500s when attempting to modify a Cloudflare Stream video's attributes

Hi there, currently attempting to get a WebRTC livestream working with our cloudflare account - it appears to be ingesting footage just fine (shows connected and we can see websocket traffic from our source), but we're unable to access the stream. When attempting to change the attributes of the video, we receive a 500 error in the console, as well as an error at the bottom of the form "Error creating download mp4". Additionally, it seems we get a 500 on every thumbnail for each video.

I know WebRTC is in beta and has a bunch of limitations, including no recording:
Limitations while in beta Recording is not yet supported (coming soon) Simulcasting (restreaming) is not yet supported (coming soon) Live viewer counts are not yet supported (coming soon) Analytics are not yet supported (coming soon)
https://developers.cloudflare.com/stream/webrtc-beta/#limitations-while-in-beta If you continue to have issues I would ask in #stream directly. There's CF Employees there that do not monitor these channels
