403 when trying to download games from epic

Any attempt in downloading game from epic ends with game being added to queue, sitting there for a minute and then it gets cancelled. Logs say:

(14:19:44) ERROR:   [Legendary]:        Error Getting Info from Epic API
(14:19:44) ERROR:   [DownloadManager]:  Downloader: Failed to get headers for https://raw.githubusercontent.com/Heroic-Games-Launcher/known-fixes/main/epic/643be777a138427e98f2a681cfc78891-epic.json. 
Error: Error: Request failed with status code 404


I tried logging out and in, clearing cache and clicking reset heroic in advanced settings.

Same issues on macos and steam deck. Version 2.13.0 on both devices
